Green smoothie

Ingredients (1 liter – 2 times breakfast or 3 snacks):

  • 75 gr spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cucumber
  • 300 ml soy or almond milk
  • Fresh mintleaves

 

Recipe:

Simply cut everything in small pieces and add it to the blender.
Mix and enjoy!
