Oogstfeest Wilgenplantsoen

On Wednesday, we had an amazing time cooking at Wilgenplantsoen for the second Oogstfeest of the season with GroenGoed. With the help of our volunteers and kilos of zucchinis, tomatoes (among others) we cooked stunning vegan dishes for participants: soup, salads, curry, tomato chutney, tabouleh …
Let’s not forget the highlights of Wednesday food: the delicious vegan cheeses and cold cuts donated by Fermaggio and the ice creams of Wilco.
