Tapioca pancakes
This is literally one of the most easy, cheap, delicious and healthy recipes we’ve ever made. These beauties are free of all kinds of allergies and preferences.

Ingredients 

For about 12 pancakes

  • 12×4 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 12x30ml water (approx 4 tbsp)
  • 2 apples
  • Cinnamon

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, mix together 4 tbsp tapioca starch with 30 ml lukewarm water. Use your fingers to mix, because it’ll be super sticky.
  2. Put the mixture in a small pan, without using any oil. Bake for 2-3 minutes, then turn it over, and bake for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. The pancakes might be sticky so it’s best if you let them cool down before you staple them.
  4. Serve with slices apple and cinnamon, and some nuts if you like. They might be hard to cut, so I ate mine like taco’s. Saborear a sua refeição!
