The problem with green smoothies is, they tend to get too… green. Not sweet enough. That will make it hard for you to appreciate them when you start eating healthy. Luckily, we found this green smoothie everyone will love. No reason not to eat healthy anymore!

Ingredients (1 liter – 2 times breakfast or 3 snacks):

  • 75 gr spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cucumber
  • 300 ml soy or almond milk
  • Fresh mint leaves

Procedure:

Simply cut everything in small pieces and add it to the blender.
Mix and enjoy!
