Pancakes from Tapioca

This is one of the easiest, cheapest, tastiest and healthiest dishes we have ever made.
Ingredients
12 pancakes
12×4 tbsp tapioca starch
12x30ml water (about 4 tbsp)
2 apples
Cinnamon
Procedure
In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp tapioca starch with 30 ml lukewarm water. Use your fingers to mix, as it becomes very sticky.
Put the mix in a small pan, without using oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn it over and cook for about 1-2 minutes more.
The pancakes can be sticky, so you better let them cool off before stacking them.
Serve with apple slices and cinnamon and some nuts if you like. They can be tricky to cut, so I ate mine as tacos.
