Asian bean-cabbage salad

The Asian cuisine is a pretty particular kitchen, but even with some leftovers, it is possible to make a delicious and healthy salad. Do you have Chinese cabbage left? With the addition of some other veggies, beans, nuts, and some spices, you can make this tasty Asian salad from Asian cabbage.

Ingredients (4 people):

  • ½ Asian cabbage
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cucumber
  • 400 gr white beans
  • Handful walnuts
  • Avocado oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Cut the Asian cabbage, this is your basis.
  2. Chop the cucumber and avocado and add to the salad, as well as the white beans.
  3. Chop the walnuts and add them.
  4. In a small bowl, create the dressing: avocado oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika powder.
  5. Add to the salad and finish with the sesame seeds.
